Review the terms carefully before continuing to secure payment. Once payment is received, your confirmation is sent to the Knowledge Court team automatically.
EOI terms
What your EOI payment does.
₦200,000 holds an apartment category and the current campaign price for 30 days. ₦500,000 holds them for 60 days.
The full EOI payment is credited towards the required initial payment when that payment is completed within the selected period.
If the required payment is not completed within the period, the hold ends and the EOI payment becomes non-refundable.
The EOI does not transfer ownership or guarantee finance approval. The team will use the payment confirmation to record your EOI and support your next step.
