No online charges

These policies cover the main information pages. The offer and buyer journeys at /offer and /ibadan have additional video, enquiry, booking or payment features. Statements below about having no forms, tracking or checkout apply only to the main information pages. Read the information and transaction terms in the relevant buyer journey before submitting details or making a payment. Browsing this website and following its contact guidance creates no website charge. There is no checkout, online deposit, subscription or payment facility, so there is no website payment to refund. Do not send money on the assumption that viewing a listing reserves a property.

Inspection arrangements

An inspection request is subject to direct confirmation. To cancel or change an agreed visit, contact the team through the route used to arrange it as soon as practicable. Any proposed fee must be disclosed and agreed before payment; this website does not impose an inspection cancellation fee.

Separate property transactions

Before paying a reservation fee, deposit or purchase instalment, obtain written terms identifying the contracting party, property, total charges, cancellation rights, deductions if any, and refund process and timing. This policy does not invent a cooling-off period or promise every property payment is refundable. Nor does it declare all payments non-refundable or remove rights provided by law.

Requesting help

For an existing transaction, contact the business using your verified contractual contact and quote the transaction reference and reason for the request. Share only what is needed; never disclose card security codes, banking passwords or one-time passcodes. We cannot state a refund deadline for a contract we have not reviewed. Applicable contractual and mandatory legal obligations still apply.

If a complaint is not resolved, you may contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or pursue another available remedy. Nothing here makes contacting us first a condition of exercising a statutory right.
