These terms concern website use; they are not a sale agreement, tenancy, reservation, allocation letter or transfer of an interest in land. The site provides information and contact guidance, not online bookings or transactions.

Property information

Ask the team to confirm current availability, dimensions, title, approvals, specifications, completion status, prices, taxes, fees and payment schedules for the particular property before committing. Published category descriptions are not a guarantee of current stock, finance, returns or a completion date.

Obtain an inspection and a written offer identifying the seller, property, all charges and cancellation terms. Seek independent legal and technical advice as appropriate. Decorative brand architecture is illustrative and does not identify a property offered for sale. Project photographs show a recorded view, not a guarantee of present condition; confirm current progress during an inspection.

Enquiries and appointments

An email, call or other enquiry does not itself reserve property, confirm an appointment or create an obligation to pay. Agree the time and meeting point directly with the team before travelling. For group enquiries, share a brief description rather than the private records of group members.

Responsible use and intellectual property
